Read below a very interesting date in Port Everglades history involving our member firm SHUTTS. Shutts represented one of the commercial parties in efforts to lien and seize the ship and its cargo. Shutts partner, L. S. Julian, who joined Shutts in November of 1922, argued the case in the United States District Court, for the Southern District of Florida (January 13, 1940).
