2020 SEAPORT GOLF TOURNAMENT

Dear Golf Team Coordinators:
While the format of this year’s tournament will necessarily be different, it will be exciting and enjoyable! There are certain critical items we need from you as soon as possible. These are:
- Tee time preferences
- Team members names and contact information
We will be playing a two-wave tournament – morning wave and afternoon wave – in order to comply with Covid-19 orders (you will be getting those specifics later). Please note: Players may not arrive more than 30 minutes before your assigned tee time. To comply with this we are asking you to provide us with your top two preferences for tee times. Two Foursomes (8 players each in their own cart) will be assigned for each starting time. Starts will be on Hole 1 and on Hole 10. These are your choices and we will do our best to accommodate you. They are:
Morning- 7:30am through 7:54am
- 8:06am through 8:30am
- 8:42am through 9:06am (9:06 is last AM tee time)
Afternoon- 11:30am through11:54am
- 12:06pm through 12:30pm
- 12:42pm through 1:06pm (1:06 is last tee time)
THERE IS NO SHOTGUN START THIS YEAR!
We will have plenty of food all day so that all players can have two meals – before they play and after they finish their round. We will announce all winners over the internet Friday evening.
